The two most important skills of any sport are: Speed and Agility, the ability to generate explosive speed, change direction quickly and move without falter in 360 degrees, these elements are what make for a great athlete. For some, these talents are hereditary, for others, it requires hard work and many times in the quest to achieve these skills....... So let's train!!!



Static Stretching:

Static stretching is used by baseball player as the main stretch because it can be done without any help of another player or trainer.

Slow Movement:

Slow movement and static stretching together will enhance your array of motion and get you ready for other exercises.

Proper Stretching :

Make sure you strech or warm up properly before moving on to a more intense activity.

Power for agility:

The proper warm-up, exercise, training and dedication will allow athletes to gain the muscle power for explosive acceleration.
